Random Tid-bit.

I wonder if I will ever stop jumping a little at the knock of people/children on our car window with their attempt for us to give them money or food. I’ve gotten pretty good at ignoring them while walking as well as when they are intently looking at us through the window of the car. It’s just weird cuz my first instinct is to look up. At home USUALLY this means one needs to assess the situation. Someone I know perhaps?? And it is a very rare occurrence. Here, this happens a lot around busy mall areas and just driving through the streets of Delhi. Some times it is people looking to sell you magazines, rubber chickens or other “interesting” stuff. This seems like a scary transaction to make as the car is moving, stopping, moving, stopping and then occasionally an actual DRIVE forward. I’m SO amazed people don’t loose their toes around here.
