Back to the tray of fruits.
Potatoes, pomegranate, guava, a fruit that is like an orange that you dont' really eat here I understand, but is juiced. It starts with an M... ?? It is quite nice tasting.
and that funky looking one that looks like a demon skin off Buffy the Bampire Slayer...
Ya, that one... that is bread fruit.
I don't fully know how to describe it. I like it. It reminds me of mango and... vanilla pudding isn't quite right, nor is bread exactly. But it is kind of a fun fruit. It is very fragile and opens as it ripens.
Well, we are off bright and early, like 4AM to head tot he Genpact offices to catch a bus with fellow managers of Joel's at Genpact and Ingenix to a safari at a park about 10 hours away.
Surely there will be fun pictures to share when we get back.
Have a good weekend all!
